We're Gloria's Cantina & Mexican Grill, and we've been a premier women-owned and led Mexican restaurant that started in Hilbert at the beginning of April 2021 and moved to Brillion on 2022. We specialize in delicious handcrafted drinks and authentic food, along with exceptional dine-in dining and catering services for events and parties. Our goal is to provide customers throughout the Fox Valley area with meals made only from the freshest ingredients. Stumbled upon this place when I stopped next door for a drink. The food comes out fast and is delicious. Shrimp tacos are a two thumbs up! The queso (costs extra) but was worth it to eat with the chips and salsa! In school days, when I have to drive, I had their virgin margaritas and they’re good and cheap!
